Papa-mofoman is the creation of Hade - after the breakup of the band Miyamoto in 2002, guitarist Hadrian decided to utilise his knowledge and experience of the home studio and make his own music.

Hadrian dabbled in home recording many years before the mofomen, firstly with a couple of tape decks and DJ mixer, then with an ancient four-track recorder (which was either Amstrad or Toshiba, whichever brand it was, it had a really cheap turntable on top and tremendous wow and flutter!) and Yamaha Portasound keyboard. The four-track was set fire to by a fool one evening in a drunken rage.

More four-track frolics followed, but with slightly more sophistication with the addition of Cubase on Atari and a few effects and sound modules, then finally ditching the four-track for an Akai sampler.

Various computer setups followed this, until now with the current set up, which you can see in the studio section.
